Who baptized Jesus?
Mark names John; Matthew adds objection and reply; Luke lets the baptizer recede; John reframes immersion as witness.

The Bible we know has passed through narration, copying, editing, and translation. This project does not rush to a verdict. It opens the evidence, the differences, and the lived journey of asking.
No New Testament autograph survives. “Earliest recoverable Greek” means a reasoned reconstruction from surviving witnesses—not an untouched original.

我的 VISIONMY VISION
I want to walk again from John the Baptist to Jesus—not to find an answer that attacks anyone, but to ask how the familiar story was first told.
When Mark, Matthew, Luke, and John remember the same event differently, those differences are not merely mistakes. They show how each generation faced faith, power, doubt, sacrifice, light, and love.

WHAT THE JOURNEY REVEALS
First separate literary redaction, ancient scribal variants, and modern translation choices—then ask what they mean.
Mark names John; Matthew adds objection and reply; Luke lets the baptizer recede; John reframes immersion as witness.
From John being “handed over” to Jesus entering Galilee, death, mission, and a new way are narratively joined.
Light, life, and love become central in the later Johannine layer—presented as theological development, not disguised as earliest Mark.
THE 44-CHAPTER ROADMAP
Chapter 1's ten evidence cards are complete. The full route is mapped; the remaining chapters are in research and production.

When chapter art is not ready, a clear “In Research” cover is shown. Playing cards never replace chapter content.
A SECONDARY MAPPING LAYER
One chapter may connect to several cards, and one card may synthesize several chapters. Each suit preserves one Gospel voice.
Coordinates guide the narrative; ancient locations and dates carry scholarly uncertainty. Event time, Gospel-composition time, and manuscript time are kept distinct.
THE 54-CARD GOSPEL DECK
The archive preserves evidence. The deck helps us arrange, compare, and remember how four Gospels tell one journey. It is a visual text map—not a divination tool.

From the voice in the wilderness and the water of Jordan to the handover of mission and the road to suffering. Each card is a textual waypoint: the face supports memory while the research preserves evidentiary boundaries.
